LED lighting for Bambu A1

The BIQU Panda Lux is an LED lighting extension for the Bambu Lab A1 and serves as a replacement for the factory interior lighting. The system uses the right expansion port of the printer for power supply and does not require an external power adapter. The lighting consists of an LED strip with 14 white LEDs, which is mounted in the printing area. A separate light sensor is glued over the existing status LED of the printer and detects its switching state. This takes over the original lighting logic of the printer. The control is still carried out via the Bambu Lab app and the printer's touchscreen. The LEDs operate with a color temperature of 6500K and ensure even illumination of the printing area. This improves visibility when monitoring prints through the integrated camera. The LED strip is self-adhesive and can be installed without tools. The design is intended for use in the temperature-stressed printing area. The system is exclusively compatible with the Bambu Lab A1.
