Yihua C245 Replacement Handle 616D for Soldering Iron

The Yihua replacement handle 616D is specially designed for the Yihua 982D-III 2in1 soldering and rework station with 120 W. Unlike the standard handle of this station, which only supports C210 tips, the 616D allows the use of C245 tips. These tips have a higher thermal mass and are particularly suitable for applications with large ground planes or highly heat-conductive materials. With the handle, the use of the C245 embedding aid for heat-threaded inserts is also possible. A significant distinguishing feature of the 616D compared to the 606A is the modified device connector: It has buttons for temperature control (+/–) directly on the handle, allowing for quick and comfortable temperature adjustments while soldering. The ergonomic, heat-resistant handle ensures precise work even during long operations. Thanks to its robust construction, the replacement handle is durable and reliable in both professional and hobby use.
